Shipping policy

Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each piece is printed after you order it, so there are two waiting periods instead of one: the making, and then the shipping.

 

Making usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Apparel and framed prints can take a little longer.

 

Once it ships, delivery in the United States takes 3 to 7 business days. Outside the United States, 10 to 20 business days, sometimes more depending on customs.

 

Shipping in the United States is free on orders over $55. Below that, and everywhere else in the world, the rate is calculated at checkout based on what you ordered and where it's going.

 

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your country, not by us, and they're paid by whoever receives the package. We can't calculate them in advance or refund them.

 

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the printer. Orders with several items sometimes arrive in separate packages, on different days.

 

If your address was wrong, tell us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. After that the order is usually already in production, and a package sent to the wrong address isn't something we can recover.
