These terms cover your use of theunsaid.us and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you accept them. If you don't, please don't order.

 

WHO WE ARE

TheUnsaid.US sells printed goods carrying original written phrases. Contact: hello@theunsaid.us

 

ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud — and if we've already charged you, we refund you in full.

 

Every item is printed after you order it. See our Return and refund policy for what that means for returns, and our Shipping policy for timing.

 

PRICES

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. If a price is listed in error, we'll tell you before shipping and you can confirm or cancel.

 

WHAT'S OURS

The phrases, artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to TheUnsaid.US. Buying a product gives you the product. It doesn't give you the right to reproduce, resell, print or distribute the phrase or artwork, commercially or otherwise.

 

WHAT'S YOURS

Anything you send us — messages, suggestions, photos — stays yours. By sending it you allow us to read and respond to it. If we ever want to publish something you wrote, we'll ask first.

 

USING THE SITE

Don't use this site to break the law, harass anyone, scrape our content, or interfere with how it works.

 

WHAT WE DON'T PROMISE

We describe products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens and printed fabric. Sizes vary between garment types; check the size guide.

 

Nothing on this site is medical or psychological advice, and nothing we sell treats or diagnoses anything. We write language. That's all.

 

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

 

LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
